Ask me something you think you should know about me. Something that should be obvious, but you have no idea about.

Then post this meme in your LJ and find out what people don't know about you.

Ask me three questions, no more and no less. Ask me anything you want, even if it's extremely personal. I DON'T CARE. It's part of the fun. Just bear in mind that I may come round and ask you questions back.

Then I want you to go to your journal, copy and paste this allowing your friends (including myself) to ask you anything.

1. What did you major in (I probably should know this but I can't remember)
2. What is your favorite flavor of ice cream (should that be obvious?)
3. If you could change one thing in your life, what would it be..?

(Ps: did you ever get any pictures from me?)

1. Film. Well, Film is what I graduated in ... my major changed repeatedly (from Music to Political Science to Political Documentary (self-designed) to Photography to Film). For the record, it's a useless degree.

2. I have no clue. My taste in ice cream changes all the time. Right now I have Ben & Jerry's Peanut Butter Cup in the freezer, though if they'd had Coffee Heath Bar Crunch, I would've bought that instead. I'm also quite fond of Baskin Robbins' mint chocolate chip.

3. Ugh ... Only one thing? My compulsive nature/tendencies.

But it IS Kosher certified....

Something I DID NOT Know before I visited their website...

If I were Jewish, I am sure I would care a bit more about that fact.....

Baskin Robbins is Kosher too (well, except for the flavors with marshmallows or gum in them ... not sure about the gummy worms).

Re: Hands down!
Man, I so wanna go camping.

And, um, are we only going to communicate by way of LiveJournal from now on? Because if so, then we are officially pathetic and sad.

Re: OMG--I'm on the dating game :)
1. Depends on the boy (everyone likes something different)

2. Depends on the boy (though I remember a nice evening in recent history that involved a Jamiroquai album)

3. The word "drunken" leaps to mind

3 wishes, huh.... er, i mean questions.
1. Out of all of the people you actually know, who is the LAST person in that you would want to be stuck on a teeny tiny deserted island with?

2. What are three things that regardless of how trivial they may seem to others, you feel you couldn't live without? *nothing obvious like air or water*

3. If you had to choose to throw away ALL of those movies that you own, all except for one, which is the one movie you would choose to keep? *oohhhh... i know that one will be hard you movie buff* ;-)

This wasn't easy... I hope those are good questions.

Re: 3 wishes, huh.... er, i mean questions.
1. (God I hope she doesn't read this) Zann. We would be ready to kill each other by the end of day 2 (if not sooner).

2. a. My notebooks. There are times in my (adult) life that I've not written, or that I've barely written. Those times have been some of the absolute worst (the cocaine years come to mind, as do the Steven years). The times that I've written the most have been the times when I've experienced the most growth and the most clarity.
b. My giant bag. It's a total security blanket, but it makes me feel better when I have everything with me.
c. My pictures/my camera. I don't ever want to forget. Another total security blanket. And I wish wish wish that Giant Eagle would have a processing sale already so I could get all that film from reunion developed. I so want to see those pictures already. I may even -- shudder -- consider going to Wal*Mart.

3. That's impossible. I mean, the first thing to save would (obviously) be the films and videos that I made myself.

But setting those aside ... well, my gut says All About Eve, but how about a top five (not necessarily in order):

1. All About Eve
2. The Philadelphia Story
3. Gentlemen Prefer Blonds (which is showing at The Byham this coming Wednesday at 7:30 pm -- who wants to go with me?)
4. Guys and Dolls
5. Auntie Mame (which was at the Byham last week and I totally missed it).

But my criteria for those five is simply movies that I watch over and over and over again and never get tired of (and really, I do get tired of Auntie Mame. But the top four, never).

Developing Film
Send your film into Snapfish or some other online place (Shutterfly or Ofoto). Then you can order prints of just the ones you want, and can get digital copies suitable for web distribution right off their site (or just share the album with friends). No scanner needed.. and it's not Wal-Mart.

Wherever you get it developed, pay the extra to get a CD of the photos. See.. Film is dead, it's all about digital, dear. :)

1. Do you think reality TV has gone too far?

2. Is there anyone in existance whom you would murder in cold blood?

3. Do you separate your foods before you eat them, or mush it all together (i.e. veggies, potatos and steak all get scooped onto the fork and shoveled in at the same time, or no)?

1. I don't know that I'd say TV has gone too far, but I am often horrified and amazed at what people are watching. I have a good friend -- a high school student -- and she's all about "The Simple Life," and I can't help but think "Paris Hilton ... will somebody please explain to me why she's famous?"

2. I always used to say that if I could murder anyone and be assured of getting away with it, it would be Chief Justice William Rehnquist. Of course this seems far less practical with Bush in a position to hire his replacement.

3. Steak? Ewwww. I went to Antioch -- I'm a vegetarian, of course! But I think I probably separate foods ... I can get kinda OCD like that.
