This smoking thing seems to have gotten away from me yet again. Two weeks of vacation, lots of drinking, hanging in places where I ALWAYS used to smoke ... one thing led to another, or who knows what, but there it is.
This week has been a bit better. Two days of no smoking, followed by one day of smoking just a little, followed by two days of ... yeah, it seems to be starting again.
How did I let myself fuck up again? How do I fix it?
