Not in a horrible way -- I can still use it, but only on speaker phone. Semi-functional trumps non-functional any day. But I'm going to need to get it fixed and/or replaced, which likely means that for some chunk of time next week, I will be (cell) phoneless. So, you know, plan accordingly.
The worst part for me is that, being relatively new to New York, I still rely heavily on the maps feature of my iPhone to navigate from place to place. I worry that if I have to be phoneless for more than a day or two, I'll be physically lost the entire time.
