I bought new leg warmers in Yellow Springs. I have a dozen pair of leg warmers at home, but I hadn't brought any with me, and it was cold. And I like these. They're very Pippi Longstocking.
I was walking to brunch with Joni and she noticed a sculpture in the tree
Joni. Incidentally, since last week and being her roommate, I've had the song "Hey Joni" stuck in my head. Not a bad song to have stuck in my head, either.

Not happy to be leaving
Shari. I ran into her in town. She lived on my hall back in 1991 or thereabouts. I didn't recognize her at first, but she knew exactly who I was (and once I thought about it for a few minutes, I totally remembered who she was).

I always have to check out the bulk herbs and spices. They had a pretty impressive collection.
Most of their herbs are Mountain Rose Herbs, which is a brand I wasn't previously familiar with.
