Chinese Cookie Factory
Antiquarian's Delight, AKA South Street Antiques Market. It's in an old Synagogue (I believe it's the former B’nai Reuben) on 6th Street, just off of South Street. It's an old favorite of mine. I got a couple of rings, and the world's most awesome Frida Kahlo necklace. Photos to follow, of course. :)
P.S.
I was in love with this mermaid. And if she hadn't been $185 ...
But I did go home with Frida. :)
Yet another fabulous mural
And yet another fire station mural
A better shot of the necklace of fabulousness. And no, I did not pay $125 for it. I paid less than half that much.

Me on South Street
My second mermaid of the morning. This one made me think that maybe I need a mermaid tattoo. I've done some googling and thus far I like this one. And maybe this one too.

Wooden Shoe Books. Back when I lived in Philly, I lived at Wooden Shoe. It was on 20th Street then, and apparently at some point after I left, there was a fire. Had I realized I was so close to the new location, I totally would have stopped in. As it was, I just happened to notice it as I drove past, on my way out of town. Next time.
Weavers Way Co-op. You have to be a member to shop there, so I was only able to walk around and look, but not buy anything. If anyone out there is a member, I'd like a shopping bag, please. :)
Swarthmore Food Co-op
Not the most "co-op-y" co-op. Lots of meat. No bulk section. Coke. Pepsi. But hey -- a nice little outdoor seating area.
Yaay recycling!
Finally -- something that feels like a co-op!
Way to hide the sign with your store name there folks.

Selene Whole Foods Co-op
Their bulk herb section. It was pretty sweet.
Geese
Penny machine at the Blue Mountain Rest Area on the Pennsylvania Turnpike. I have all these designs already, which is a good thing, since it wasn't working. :(
Would you believe I started this post at June 22, 2009, 23:09? Yikes.
