Is that honestly for real?
I'm sorry to say that I don't really keep a close eye on the Antioch situation, but I just thought they were closing the college to add on and upgrade to a larger scale University, which to me was sad, because that was turning a small liberal arts college into the MAN. I didn't know they weren't even going to utilize the campus. That is insane. Even CSU used stuff like Mather Mansion and Fenn Tower when they expanded. Such a pity.

Looking at the Wikipedia entry, it's astounding that they kept the more expensive far-flung university campuses open while the college deteriorated, both physically and in the number of students.

I'm curious -- what makes you say the other campuses are more expensive? As of now, the college is the *only* Antioch campus with residential dorms and tenured faculty -- both of which make the college campus more expensive than the other non-tenured, non-residential satellite campuses.

Or are you talking about back in the heyday, when there were 41 (?) campuses.
