D-Day: POS

One word: pandemonium.

I arrived at 8:30 to find only one of six registers was actually working. In the half an hour before I arrived, Orlando had someone break a juice bottle, spraying him with juice and glass. And his was the one and only register that was working.

The rest of the day has been spent jockeying bewteen trying to learn how to use the registers as a cashier while trying to simultaneously fix the problems as one of the system administrators.

I clocked in at 8:30 this morning. I clocked out for my first break at 2:00 this afternoon. I can't decide if I want to break down sobbing, or just beat the crap out of somebody. Probably both.

Anyway, back to the salt mines.
