unixd0rk, mostly

It's been about a year since I first met unixd0rk. I always meet the best people under the strangest of circumstances, and unixd0rk was certainly no exception. See, we met because he found a dollar bill that I had spent and entered into Where's George. He entered the bill, looked at my profile, saw that I had a LiveJournal, and sent me an email which basically said "hey -- I've got a LiveJournal too!" and that's how we started to get to know each other.

Actually, if you want to get technical, it wasn't unixd0rk who found the dollar, it was martinivixen. Luckily she wasn't as intrigued by it as unixd0rk was, and she gave it to him. So hey -- thanks martinivixen!

And, on a completely unrelated note, yesterday at work some random customer said that I "didn't look like a Hope," and it totally bummed me out. Feh.

Happy birthday funcrunch!
