Behold: The Power of Cheese

I think I've found the higher purpose for my recent foray back into dairy products:

Behold: The Power of Cheese

I'd never tried goat cheese before I went vegan, and I'd always regretted it. Now I really regret it. That stuff is awesome!

I don't know how long I'll keep dabbling in dairy, but I'm really glad that I got to taste this stuff. Wow!

Just don't look them in the eyes when you're nibbling their cheese.

how different (if any different) is the taste of goat cheese from cow cheese?

I don't really know taste-wise (anarqueso, my resident cheese monger, may be better equipped to answer that than I am), but from what I understand, goats' milk is closer to human milk than cows' milk is, so it's supposed to be more easily digested.

All I know is that this Meyenberg stuff is like $8 for a tiny little square, and it's such crack, it's totally worth it. Help me! I'm addicted!

I get kind from Whole Foods with the pile of herbs on top for $5.99. It's so good.

Yes! I was a vegan for seven years, and the whole time I wondered if goat cheese was good, and once I tried it, I was like, holy crap, what have I been doing with my life?
